A bustling area near Bristol, Cribbs Causeway is best known for The Mall, a large and popular retail centre with over 150 shops, a variety of restaurants, a cinema, bowling alley and gym.
It’s not all about the shopping though. Cribbs Causeway also has parks and plenty of green spaces, and several schools. With good public transport to Bristol and easy access to lovely countryside, it’s not surprising that it’s becoming a very popular place to live.
A lot of new housing developments have appeared in recent years, providing a wide choice of new-build residential options, from apartments to larger 4 and 5 bedroom homes. It’s hoped that these will help meet the urgent need for new houses in the area.
The new Berwick Green development, right by the M5, will include a care home and a primary school and 25% of the homes will be “affordable”. That’s good news for residents as house prices in Cribbs Causeway tend to be a little higher than other parts of Bristol.
